چکیده

ABSTRACT I report the results of a new search for transiting planets on set 1.4 million light curves extracted from TESS Full Frame Images (FFIs) using DIAmante pipeline. The data come first 2 yr observations (Sectors 1–26) and study is focused sample FGKM dwarf subgiant stars optimized planets. was performed detrended stitched multisector applying Box-fitting Least Squares algorithm Random Forest classifier. present catalogue 1160 planet candidates, among which 842 are novel discoveries. median radius bodies in 6.8 R⊕. radii range 0.8 R⊕ to 27.3R⊕, while orbital periods 0.19 197.2 d with 3.6 d. Each candidate accompanied by validation corresponding curve. material available at CDS, ExoFOP website portal MAST.

Fast identification of transits from light-curves

We present an algorithm that allows fast and efficient detection of transits, including planetary transits, from light-curves. The method is based on building an ensemble of fiducial models and compressing the data using the MOPED algorithm. We describe the method and demonstrate its efficiency by finding planet-like transits in simulated Pan-STARRS light-curves. We show that that our method is...

a study on thermodynamic models for simulation of 1,3 butadiene purification columns

attempts have been made to study the thermodynamic behavior of 1,3 butadiene purification columns with the aim of retrofitting those columns to more energy efficient separation schemes. 1,3 butadiene is purified in two columns in series through being separated from methyl acetylene and 1,2 butadiene in the first and second column respectively. comparisons have been made among different therm...

Precision photometry for planetary transits

This paper reviews the state of the art in follow-up photometry for planetary transit searches. Three topics are discussed: (1) Photometric monitoring of planets discovered by radial velocity to detect possible transits (2) Follow-up photometry of candidates from photometric transit searches to weed out eclipsing binaries and false positives (3) High-precision lightcurves of known transiting pl...

On the Selection of Photometric Planetary Transits

We present a new method for differentiating between planetary transits and eclipsing binaries based on the presence of the ellipsoidal light variations. These variations can be used to detect stellar secondaries with masses ∼ 0.2M⊙ orbiting sun-like stars at a photometric accuracy level which has already been achieved in transit surveys. By removing candidates exhibiting this effect it is possi...

Bayesian detection of planetary transits

The detection of planetary transits in stellar photometric light-curves is poised to become the main method for finding substantial numbers of terrestrial planets. The French-European mission COROT (foreseen for launch in 2005) will perform the first search on a limited number of stars, and larger missions Eddington (from ESA) and Kepler (from NASA) are planned for launch in 2007. Transit signa...
